Related 1. We use a program from Advent called Geneva that uses Java. Since they are in this program all the time, the delay is getting to them. The strange part is that its not happening to everyone. Only users in our remote office. The best way to describe it is how web pages looked when connecting via modem. While loading it would start from the top and then finally cycle down until the whole page was loaded.
I remoted into one of thier machines yesterday and noticed if i brought the colors down to it loaded just as fast as everyone else. However, they won't like only colors. Everyone else has 16 bit colors, full screen two monitors and no issues. Not sure where else to troubleshoot or find tweaks.

If i install the 64bit java version, it finds the executable but throws an error since it is not compatible. But its not able to find the 32 bit jre at all..
