I wish the developers would just fix these few issues. But other than that it works great. My daughter loves this app and I would have rated 5 stars up until this point. When we attempted to download the videos we get an error message, SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server can not be made.
We have contacted Apple support and they tried some troubleshooting however they stated we would have to contact the developer. However, there is no customer service number.
